Alternatives to Blue Marble / Overlay Pro

I've recently been relying on Overlay Pro due to the color symbol mode making it easier to differentiate between similar colors when painting, but have been forced to temporarily move back to using Blue Marble due to Overlay Pro not being able to handle template images larger than 1000x1000 pixels. Does anyone have suggestions for alternate plugins/extensions that don't run into these issues?
