New player looking for commander deck building help

Hey all, not sure if this is the right place to post this but have tried elsewhere with little results but, newish player looking for some help constructing a Doran the siege tower deck. Looking through some decks online I have a general idea how I want to build them but not enough game knowledge to construct my own being fairly new to commander and MTG. I want to lean into the treefolk tribal aspect of the deck, including cards such as Treebeard and Tree of Perdition (not a treefolk but still a tree). But I also like MacCready, Lamplight mayor as well as the fun stuff you can gain from playing black. I have a few decks here that I like the look of but dont really know what distinguishes them or the choices made that benefit one from the other.

Budget is within that range of those decks as well. More just looking at how to combine the best parts of those decks or if I am just completely missing the gameplan because they seem generally similar with the correct amount of card draw/ramp needed. Thank you!
