SMAPI incompatible with graphics card error

Hey! So, I turned my computer on after a couple days away and am suddenly getting an error message trying to run SMAPI saying "Your graphics card isn't compatible with Stardew Valley. You can usually fix this by running SMAPI on your dedicated graphics card." I followed the link and the troubleshooting steps there (made sure both Stardew Valley base game and SMAPI are both running on high performance/dedicated graphics card) and it didn't help. Stardew also won't launch without mods through Steam anymore.

I'm not great with computers so I'm not sure if this is a problem with the graphics card itself, or the game? All the other games and programs I've tried running seem fine, but the first time I started my computer up, there were some glitches where the screen would go dark and it made a beeping sound.

All the other troubleshooting steps I've taken so far:

• Power rebooted my computer
• Made sure my graphics drivers are updated
• Reinstalled SMAPI and Stardew Valley
• Deleted the startup preferences file from appdata
• Updated .Net to the most recent version available

The graphics card itself is only a few months old, I'm running AMD Radeon RX 9070
