How much Ram is too little for a 5995wx?

I mainly use my PC as a Crypto pc, Minecraft Server and gaming rig, plus a few servers and Websites and so far used an i3 12100

Ive been saving up for a looong time and got an untested (i tested it and its working) ASUS Pro WS WRX80E-Sage SE WIFI and 128gb of ram for ~ 400 Euros

But then i went CPU Shopping (the original CPU i ordered, a 5945wx got lost in shipping) and made a stupid decision and got a 5995wx... For only 1900 Euros... Now im wondering if i underspec'd the Ram.

The PC / Server / Sim Rig is heating my warm water, thats why im mining Crypto when im not using it Otherwise. Its running mostly on Solar energy.

You guys dont need to tell me, that im stupid, i already know that.

The GPUs in use are a shunt modded 3090, shunt modded 3080 and a few Quadro RTX 4000
