Girlfriend wants to practice driving for the first time

Hello people of Corvallis! My girlfriend is hoping to get her drivers license soon, she just got her permit and is ready to practice driving. We are wondering if there are any huge empty parking lots that she can practice in on weekends?

I first practiced driving in a Costco parking lot because that Costco was closed on Sundays, which I’ve noticed is not the case here in the Valley.
