Do stylist still get paid the full amount of service even if i use my 50% off ?

Hello just started working at Ulta and going to get my hair done at the Ulta salon going to be using my 50% off and my service originally going to be around $200 but it will be $100 with my discount , do the stylist still make the full original service amount ? Was thinking of tipping aswell, just don’t want to be a burden to the stylist if I’m a Ulta employee
