Air or Pro

Hi friends. I need to decide between the Mac Air or MacBook Pro. Which is better for my needs?

I’m running a lot of excel sheets at once, and dabbling in the occasional video and audio editing. My primary use however will be work, which means lots of excels open at once. The Air can definitely handle that, but can it handle very basic photo/video editing (YouTube/podcast)?
