Ovarian remnant/cyclic issues

Support/Personal Experience

Hi I don’t know what to do. I’m 24yo. Here’s the story. 3 years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS and had my left ovary removed due to a very large cyst. The doctor said he removed the entire ovary and cyst. Flash forward to January of this year. Painful intercourse. Cyclic shoulder/diaphragm pain on my right side for 5 days from the start of my period. Cyclic itchy spots on my skin also for about 5 days during my period. 2 weeks before my period even starts I get dizzy spells and nausea off and on. It’s like my hormones are literally making me sick. Also been TTC for awhile now, tracking consistently and can’t get pregnant. It only took 3 months with my first, this was after my left ovary removal. Symptoms are getting worse, and I see a specialist soon. The last pelvic ultrasound I had shows ovarian remnant on the side that was supposed to be completely removed. The last doctor that saw the ovarian remnant via ultrasound said that if anything it should “help” me get pregnant. (referring to the ovarian remnant.) But I’ve been reading about ORS and i wonder if that is the issue. It has to be. Anyone else?!?
