Deroofing

Hello to all! I had a deroofing done 2 days ago on the back of my neck which has now left me with a very big hole. My question is when will it stop oozing I am suppose to change the bandage once a day and dump a sample size bottle of cream into. I have now changed the bandage 3 times in 12 hours. There is gauze that goes into the hole then gets covered and the pain is worse today.
