Specialist 3 challenge how to

Hey y’all, I’ve seen some people have issues with Specialist 3 challenge, specifically the 1,000 Damage Vs Painted Targets, so I wanted to help provide advice how to do it. I’m on specialist 5 now so after a week of figuring it out I finally got it (it is worth it, the aim guided missile launcher hits pretty hard.

-Firstly you’ll need a friend/individual who can paint targets. If you can’t find one, you can DM me for help. -Second, I’ve seen some people say that tracking the challenge bugs it out and doesn’t count. Don’t track it just in case -Third, find an open map. Miraak and Firestorm are the best maps in the game for this -Fourth, use the glaive. It sucks but it’s the only way to get consistent damage for the challenge. ONLY target ground vehicles as helicopters appear to not count. -Fifth, hit a target once, then move to a different tank. I noticed while doing this challenge that hitting more than once, or destroying a target does NOT count. I was easily able to finish the last half of the challenge in one game by attacking different targets that are painted.

Just repeat until you get the 1,000 and you should be good to go. I know challenges are getting worked around but if you are impatient like me I wanted to get it done asap for the launcher.
