Mozzarella Spread Recipe

Hi! Any current/former HyVee employees know the mozzarella spread recipe? Not the one with mozzarella and cheddar. The spread has Parmesan, mozzarella and garlic. I’m asking because ours only carries it sometimes. So on days when I’d like to have it, but it’s not available for purchase I’d love to make it! I know I could try to make it from listed ingredients, but if anyone had the exact recipe, that would be great! Thank you! And Happy Halloween!
