High profile Account disabled due to non-meta verification. Help please

I truly pray this is the correct spot for this this is the correct spot for this.

So I will try and condense this as best as possible with a tldr,

I have a sizable following on Instagram (25k) while this is not inherently important I guess I'm just trying to stress the importance of it to me.

My Facebook account and my Instagram account have always been linked I apparently made the mistake of signing up for meta verification through Instagram but when it showed that I would have to have the name on my account on my Instagram similar to my name on my actual Facebook I went ahead and didn't do the verification. So I just assumed since I didn't finish the verification that it just wasn't going to go through what apparently happened was my account was disabled due to "account integrity" the sole reason I don't want my Facebook name as my Instagram name is they are unrelated I create funny reels and memes and stuff but I don't want it associated with my Facebook account because that is my personal account for friends and family. What I did was I signed up for verification through Facebook and got a meta verified status for the sole purpose of trying to get my Instagram account back I know how flighty Instagram is with appeals so I appealed but that's all I'm giving the opportunity to do I'm absolutely terrified my account is going to be permanently disabled an error on my part of deciding I did not want to do the verification now I have signed up for it through Facebook because I was told if I talk to a live agent I can explain this situation and have my account reinstated my account does not go against any guidelines and it is pretty much spotless except for something that was removed a long time ago because the wording triggered an automatic flag (it was a meme related to a video game that apparently wasn't allowed) anyways if anyone can help give me some guidance on this I would truly appreciate it this is like my lifeblood and is everything I've been working for I I'm hoping there is a sympathetic ear out there that can help me resolve this thank you for your time I appreciate any advice and information! I even signed up for meta verfication on my Facebook today just to talk to a representative hoping they could give me some insight and they are just not being very helpful I am worried to death that they are going to review my account on Instagram and then I'm going to be stuck because you can only have your account review the one time as far as I know

TLDR: didn't finish meta verification on my Instagram because I did not want to dissociated with my Facebook account and now my account has been disabled even though they are linked
