College Film Textbook Recommendations

Hello! I'm wanting to learn more about the film industry, film history, or current state of film, but I don't necessarily want to re-enroll in college just to dabble in my hobby. So, I was wondering if there are any modern film textbooks you would recommend. Ideally, I'm looking for textbooks published within the last couple of years. But I'll start anywhere!
