Grrrrr I just need to rant because how dare you gaslight someone. Okay long story short but I made the mistake of commenting on r/CICO post where someone stated about they ate triple the amount of calories they would “normally” would eat. And this brain dead idiot in the comment goes: “oh yeah that’s why I fast cause sometimes you gotta balance things out yeah know ❤️” like bitch huh then had the audacity along with other downvotes to gaslight when I explained you can’t “outdo” a binge that’s just a slippery slope into disordered eating then said brain dead idiot went back and forth anyway to conclude I hate redditors 🤪
