Questions about Pre-Ordering Lorwyn Eclipsed

Hello, recently I saw that a new Set in Lorwyn will be released next year. I am a huge fan of that setting, so I wanted to pre-order some stuff. My picks were the Bundle and a Collectors Booster. But here is something strange.

I live in Germany, and wanted to order the cards in German. That works for the Bundle, but not for the Collector Booster. I can only Order a German Collector Set (for over 300€......), but not single Boosters. But I can order single Boosters in English?

Is that...normal? Does something like that happen more often? If it helps, I try to Order it through Amazon.

And for my Question: What do you think would be the best way to get one of those Collectors Booster? Should I order an English one, are there other sites where I could try to order them, should I try to get one in my Local Fantasy store?

I know that these boosters will most likely not be worth it, but I really want one of them, but buying them after release from some Scalpers is something I want to avoid.
