Help with initial boot up.

I am trying to boot my my pc for the first time. For the past hour I've been turning it off and on. And nothing. The pc powers on everything is running however. My monitor shows no signal. The ram is seated properly so are all the cables. If it matters I am using a wireless keyboard with a usc transmitter.
