Anyone else start Zoloft in the 2nd trimester? Feeling nervous

I’m 19 weeks and just started 25mg Zoloft today for anxiety and panic. I’ve been so miserable so it felt like the best option for me and the baby. Has anyone else started in the second trimester and their baby was fine? I feel so off, like in a daze, anxious, and kinda zombie like, which I know is common to have weird side effects at first. But also worrying because my son is usually so active and I haven’t felt him move since I started feeling weird. Am I just being a wimp? Or is this normal and just anxiety?
