Altitude Reserve Real time rewards redemption

I have about 210,000 pts left. If I purchase a RT ticket from any airline for $3,000 would I get the text asking me if I'd like to cover the charge? I wasn't sure if I needed more points or the program acknowledges that it's 1.5X.
