Thoughts? (I'm adding Gibbs)

I'm the team getting Gibbs, this trade was already accepted. 10 team PPR team. I know I'm stacked and I just made pretty good trades, it is salary cap too so easier to get players. Thoughts on this trade? I think I won but it was close. Already have steady WR/RB room and just wanted to add a flex.
