Pulaski park

Does anyone feel like Pulaski Park needs to be cleaned up? It is in amazing location but just kind of feels sketchy. I had family visiting me in Northampton and thought oh I’ll bring them downtown… we grabbed food to go and then when we wanted to sit in the park and eat it was just not very welcoming…
