Dirty Talk

My (f) partner (m) is really in to dirty talk during sex. We've been together for 5 years and have a generally healthy and active sex life. He's always been into dirty talk from the get go so I push myself to do it, but I'm really not into it and I feel so self conscious and silly doing it during sex that it really takes me out of the moment. The problem is, I am seemingly in the minority of women where I can finish very easily and get turned on very easily. So for me, talk is just not necessary. My partner on the other hand really needs talk to get going or to finish.

I would like to get better at the talk to improve our sex life. Does anyone have any tips on how to get out of my own head for it, or how to get comfortable doing it? Thanks.
