Help finding the same Barbie outfit that my Down Syndrome sisters lost doll was wearing

I'm the oldest out of my sister and I, with an age gap of 2.5yrs My sister was born with Down Syndrome and our father died when I was 4. (I'm 43) I loved Barbie as a kid. I still love Barbie as an adult but Barbie dolls got me through alot growing up. I could always dive into the made up world I created and escape life. For the most part, the majority of my family members did a good job making me feel less than because "your sister is special, she needs more of your mother's attention and care than you because you're a big girl and you can do it yourself. She can't so be good for your mom and don't make her feel bad about paying more attention to your sister" That was life.... my father's parents however, were the ones who focused on me while everyone else was doting on my sister. My sister eventually had the ability to basically take whatever she wanted, food/toys/movies/etc from whoever she wanted, and wasn't made to give it back. This happened with one of my prized possessions... my totally hair Teresa that my Nana gave me for my birthday. I argued and nagged about her giving it back for a long time, but eventually it stopped even feeling like it was ever mine to begin with and I let it go... Please don't get me wrong, I love my sister... I wouldn't be posting this if I didn't... but call it what you will, I still can't bring myself to call it "my sister's doll" She chewed her hands and feet off, destroyed her hair, and eventually lost her during one of her fits over not getting what she wanted. Her birthday is approaching and I bought her a new, used Totally hair Teresa on Ebay. Knowing how obsessive she is, I know that she'll be 50 shades of pissy if she's not wearing the same clothes as the lost doll was wearing. I can't find the outfit to save my life! I asked Copilot and Gemini and they both said an exact outfit like I described was in a 90's country flair collection, but the pictures are wayyyyyyy off. I'm hoping someone can help me. They may, or may not have come as an outfit:

The pants, to my best recollection were a slightly high waisted trouser. Dark, with mostly blue and red larger print plaid, possibly with some green striping.

The blouse was white, with ¾ sleeves, (I cant remember if it had a collar or not but I believe it either had ruffles or a collar) it also had a mustard yellow like colored vest, and there were gold ball-like buttons and the vest may have had some small red embellishment design on it similar to apples.
It gave off a country/farm vibe I'm hoping someone might have an idea of even one of the pieces. I'd like to give my sister Teresa looking as close to what she remembers as I can. Thanks everyone!
