Disney subscription deals-Do they expire ASAP?

So I am in Canada, don’t use Eats that often. But last night , once I placed my order, I once again got a notification for 3 months of Disney @$2.99/month

So…..is it pretty much sign up right now or you lose the promotion? Or can I retrieve it somewhere in the APP?

Thanks guys
