Post Leep

Hello I’m 5 days post leep I have been feeling great and no discharge, pain, so I was doing days as normal & because i felt this good I took my daughter trick or treating last night for a couple hours. I got home and started having bad cramps and today I started bleeding… could I really of messed something up? Or it’s it normal to start bleeding 5 days post leep? Getting very worried
