A friend asked me a question i couldn't answer.

It was a casual game but we were going through things fast and they heard my keyboard clicking fast over the mic, and he suddenly asked me. "Do lesbians like you because your a gamer?" And I'm like, what??? And he continues "Gamers are good with their fingers, so would a lesbian want a gamer girlfriend?" I didn't know how to respond so I changed the topic, but now I'm curious. Personally I can't answer this yes or no because I am interested in wemen however I'm not interested in sex or anything of the sort. So I'm just asking for curiositys sake!
