Physical therapy/insurance

Curious if anyone has experience getting appointments with physical therapists through aux insurance or otherwise? I’m in bizkaia for reference, and haven’t used the insurance yet (not sure if insurance in Spain covers physical therapy or if that’s an out of pocket expense?) Any advice about any related experience will be appreciated!
