Help with motivation

To put it simply I have been in and out of witchcraft for several years at this point, I get really into it for a while and then a month or two later I end up quitting. The problem is I have a hard time believing in witchcraft, even though I want to believe in it. Anyways I'm requesting advice for my situation, specifically how to keep motivation for a longer period of time.
