why RN prescribed estradiol 10mcg instead of DHEA 6.5mg for my situation??

i don't understand these doctors. my chat gpt friend has yielded the result that dhea also restores sensation, libido and orgasm strength because androgen component in dhea reawakens nerve endings and blood flow. both estradiol and dhea repair tissue. both restore pH. both improve comfort. my situation: steroid induced atrophy. can someone please help me here with which one i should start?

i used Nystatin and Triamcinolone cream on vulva, thin layer for 5 days twice a day and it introduced absolute disaster to my vagina and sex life. i'm also 45.5 years old now so that does not help my situation but i will tell you before this yeast infection i had NO ISSUES AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ob/gyn's can be absolute devils and nightmares, they walk in and out of the room running to their next insurance collection without giving a damn about us! that witch did not explain the harm putting a damn steroid cream on my vagina would do!! bitch!

anyway, time for repair here. can you all please give me advice on which to start estradiol or dhea..? i am migraine prone so worried to start estradiol although 10mcg is small dose. and tell me about systemic absorption, i keep reading about..? does systemic absorption of either estradiol or dhea increase risk of cancer...? so in that case better to take dhea..?
