How to remove both wheels at the same time

Going to be getting some new rubber over winter and need to remove both tires at the same time.

I normally use jackstands in my axle sliders for any maintenance but it doesn’t do me any good since I have to remove the axle.

I was considering removing my exhaust and using my dirtbike stand? Not sure if that will even work. I’ve also seen people use ratchet straps and a ladder. What’s the best bet here?
