How do we navigate the line between 'choice feminism' and supporting systems that restrict women?
Don't get me wrong I also completly agree that every woman has the right to decide for herself the type of life she wants to live!
But I wonder why alot of women who do not even identify themselfes as feminist always seem so quick to jump onto the feminism train when it comes to protect the right of a woman to live her best religious life, devoting her life to a man.
Whenever there is a woman who states the most misogynistic takes on life and how she gladly obeys to these God given rules and gets a little backlash you will bet to see a dozen of women who are suddenly 'feminists'and tell you how it's her right to choose her life.
I always wondered how to navigate this topic.
