Crafting Help!

I am at 99% perfection. I have done extensive research and it seems I am only missing the wedding ring. I have gone over the checklist from Rytsuko, on the wiki, and through various threads on here. Each and every item states I’ve crafted at least one. The only recipe I don’t have is the wedding ring. I may have made this save multiplayer because I made two cabins early game but never had anyone visit. I have since deleted these cabins. I check the traveling cart every Sunday, Friday, and every event the lady attends and have never seen the recipe. Please help! I’m getting mixed results about the ring being required for perfection.

I’ve achieved perfection before on my PC (currently on Switch) and didn’t need the ring there but also never purchased a cabin.
