Fs25 crashing as soon as it starts to play the intro cutscene

So I tired to hop on today but as the title says it crashed as soon as the intro started playing and I tried to open it again a million times I’ve tried deleting shader cache and the game.xml I’ve reinstalled it 5 times and nothing I try that is in my capability works I need some help
