Out of the Obese Category at Last!
The last few years have been really hard. I have hypothyroidism, poor eating habits, and recently found out I also have ADHD. Because of all that, my weight went up to 160 lbs — the highest it’s ever been. I’m only 5'1", so it really showed, even though I tried to hide it with clothes. After seeing some pictures of myself, I realized things had gotten out of control.
I joined a gym and started lifting weights. I tried counting calories too, but nothing seemed to work. Then I found out I have a rare hormone condition, and I started to worry that maybe I’d never lose weight again. Out of frustration, I signed up for microdosing (though I haven’t used it yet).
I’ve been using the app for two weeks now, trying to eat better and be more mindful. My thyroid levels are finally under control. I haven’t been great about going to the gym, but I’m doing my best. And somehow… I lost 3 pounds! It might just be normal fluctuation, but it still feels amazing to finally see the scale move. I’m officially out of the “obese” BMI range, and that small win has given me hope again.
