How can I get better at remembering names

I’m know a lot of people struggle with this. And I recognize some of the normal tricks like, “repeat their name when they introduce themselves”.

I just can’t seem to remember new people’s names without a legitimate context. Small talk and passing introductions doesn’t build that baseline for me to remember a persons name after they said it 90 seconds ago.
