Elevator Camping Disgusts Me!

Is anyone else getting caned by maggots waiting at the exit? In a team with smoke grenades, you got a small chance. But as a solo, you're toast. These absolute wet noodles seem to appear as soon as the gates drop and it drives me crazy! Literally 150 yards away in a fire fight would be fair, but to dive into the elevator and blast away is just cowardice. You maggots!
