(0.9) Sandbox Mode Updates?

1 - How do I access the old items from the Pre-Alpha Complete achievement, and is there an Alpha Complete badge?
2 - Is there a way to spawn in event stuff (IE: >!Pyramid!<) or enemies (IE: >!Fossilhounds!<and >!Kerfu/Killfur/Murder Kerfur!<)
