Medicare Advantage food card being eliminated for disabled brother

My adult brother is disabled and gets a $225 monthly food and utility benefit card. My understanding is that it's going away is 2026.

Is anyone else in this boat?

And personally my husband's and my ACA Marketplace monthly healthcare premium is increasing in price 4X.

I'm not looking forward to the new year anymore.
