Movenpick laundry

And other weird titles... Does anyone know which company does the laundry for the Movenpick on The Terrace? I'm trying to track down my sons lost cuddly toy he left in the room. Hotel don't have it and can't provide the names of their suppliers. I'm getting desperate. 😂
