Pls talk me out of relapsing on opioids

I just had a couple drinks while alone and found a bottle of tramadol. I was severely addicted to opioids and quit a 4 years ago. I’ve been going through some stuff recently and I’m really struggling saying no to taking these and keep looking for reasons to in my head. It could be something i do but keep a secret but I don’t want to deal with the guilt tomorrow morning but man they’re right there for the taking and it’s a problem i can deal with tmmrw. I don’t want to bother and worry anyone in my personal life about this so strangers on the internet please talk me out of manipulating myself.
