Boob pain

I never experienced this with my first.. I have major boob pain. My left one feels almost like it feels when a clogged duct first starts. I mean it’s even hard and lumpy. While breastfeeding my first I had chronic clogs and mastitis so idk if that could have anything to do with it? Has anyone else experienced this? I’m 6 weeks today.
