Is selling on Etsy a good experience?

Hello, I’m thinking about selling some of my things that i have sewed on Etsy because I wasn’t sure where else I could sell it besides a reselling app like Poshmark or Depop.

So, I was wondering if selling on Etsy is a good idea and what other people‘s experience have been, I have heard mixed reviews, especially when dealing with their customer service.

I’m just not sure what to do! I’m really protective of my creations and don’t want run into any issues. (Like maybe something gets lost in the mail or my money won’t get transferred to me) I know that no matter how I sell, there will be a problem or two just bc that’s how life goes! But I’m just curious what yall think. Thanks!
