Can somebody explain the new Patrick TA palettes to me? I see that there’s a light, medium, and deep. Are each meant to be for specific skin tones or just different looks?
I have no idea how to use this pallet, just getting into eyeshadow in general so I’m really interested to see people’s feedback on this.
