Am I required to respond?

We are in the middle of divorce/custody proceedings. My son’s dad was caught tampering with court ordered alcohol monitoring device during his parenting time. I filed for emergency orders and the judge suspended his parenting time indefinitely. This happened on Thursday. He continues to call me and message me requesting updates on our son.

My question is do I need to respond? Should I respond? I’m not sure what the court expects of me regarding communication when suspending his time and I don’t want to do anything that would negatively affect my case.
