failed think 25 :(

so i failed today doing overtime in another store, not my home store. i know already to make sure i have a rep and to say i did stop and assess, but one thing i was wondering:

the test purchaser had his hood up, and was looking down, so i wasn’t able to see him really? (and we were also in the middle of a big rush so i was trying to serve as past as possible)

are test purchasers allowed to be hiding their faces???
