Porn Accounts on X/Twitter calling me

Hi everyone, I’ve had what I assume to be bots or actual humans behind very questionable accounts on X/Twitter follow me and message me. Some of them have tried to call me. What would they have to gain by calling me? Obviously I’ve never answered.

Thank you!
