Same exact pc - mine + wife. Performance on one is drastically worse

We both have the exact same computer. The only real different between them is mine doesn't have drivers updated.

For whichever reason they my wifes computer gets massive stutters, higher cpu usage, low fps drops constantly.

I went through and changed start up apps, virtual memory, tried the user.cfg file people were talking about, tried various setting changes. She also played the previous beta and had no issues at all with the game (compared to now). I did also check software and there doesn't seem to be anything drastic running that should be causing issues.

Edit: Mine runs super smooth on basically everything maxed out.

Anyone have any thoughts?
