best option to get break tackle?

doing the alumni challenge.. need to break 2 tackles in 3 plays including scoring a touchdown.. what are the best options to break tackle? the defense is a bit too easy, so im having to chase defenders to cause a play.. leaning towards stiff arm, but is there a better move for breaking tackles? juke, spin? im having more luck with pitch and then stiff arm, but having a problem tying 2 together in 3 plays with such weak defense.
