Coping with hiatus from hospital

I took a drop for neet pg and got a decent rank this year and mostly will be getting a pg in a hospital but due to not working for a whole year it feels like i could have forgotten how to work and do basic things as well in a hospotal setting. How do you cope with this as residency starts in a week or so?
