Christianity and Foreign Policy

I’ve heard some people suggest that non interventionism is the most Christian foreign policy, others say that interventionism is actually the most Christian foreign policy, because if Jesus Christ were President, he’d be concerned with preventing oppression. This actually makes me think of this one guy joking that he wished the USCCB would verify with Presidential Nominees if their foreign policy was in line with Just War Theory, or not.

What do you specifically think is the most Christian foreign policy? Or if you prefer this wording, what sort of foreign policy is most in line with the Bible/Sermon on the Mount/Gospel
