16>32GB RAM DDR4 change? (Specs in body) [EUROPE]

What would be the best RAM kit to change to?

• Current RAM: Patriot Viper 4 16GB (2x8) 3000MHz CL16
• CPU: R7 5800X3D
• GPU: RX 6750XT
• MOBO: MSI B450 Gaming Plus
• PSU: Supremo L2 550W

And while Im at it Id like to change monitor since this one is horrendous except 144hz, so something like IPS / preferably 27'' / 120 or 144hz
